As of August this year, I am part of the Arrow Leadership staff.  Welcome to my personal blog site.  This is a place for me to share my journey with people who have loved and supported us through the years.  If you are new to us, you are also welcome.  Arrow is a dynamic ministry with a compelling history.  The more you know, the more you will understand how excited we are to be a part of the Arrow tesm.
